In rare cases, the primary hotel mentioned in the tour page may be unavailable. You will be offered alternate accommodation in the same or higher category. If you are not satisfied with alternate hotel, you may choose to cancel the tour (100% of booking amount will be refunded). Hotel rooms are provided on twin sharing basis. In case of 3 adults, 3-sharing room with extra mattress (on floor) will be provided. Wherever room category is not mentioned in the quote / website, Standard room will be provided Hotel may deny check-in for unmarried couple and no refund will be issued in such cases On Christmas Eve (Dec 24/25th) & New Year (Dec 31st), Hotel may charge extra amount for Mandatory gala dinner from guests (directly payable at hotel - not included in the package cost) Hotel Voucher will take at least 2 working days from the date of booking All Hotels are booked in the name of Primary Traveler mentioned at the time of booking. Any change in guest name is considered as tour canceled and rebooked - cancellation charges apply & hotels based on availability. Valid ID & Address proof need to be carried for all guests including children. For few tours, breakfast is not included in the package (text saying "w/o breakfast" is mentioned in room category under Hotels for such tours) If package includes breakfast & hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast, INR 100 for 2-star, INR 150 for 3-star & INR 250 for 4-star will be provided as Breakfast expenses per person (above 5 years). If you miss complimentary breakfast in the hotel due to early morning sightseeing (before 8 AM), you need to have breakfast outside at own expense. Usually Hotel Reservations are not required for kids below 3 years. In case of any charges by hotels for below 3y kids, amount needs to be paid directly at the hotel. If you want us to include below 3y kid in hotel reservation, consider children as above 3y and book the tour accordingly. Vehicle Category, Pickup Related For all trips, free pick-up & drop from your location within city limits area Additional charges apply for Airport Pick-up/Drop (select Airport Pickup/Drop option from 'Customize' popup on Tour Page) Any special requests like English/Hindi speaking driver is based on availability and can't be guaranteed Vehicles Provided (all vehicles are A/C only) : Sedan - Dzire, Etios, Xcent, Amaze, similar; SUV - Innova, Xylo, Ertiga or similar AC in the vehicle is switched off in hilly regions and also when the vehicle is parked Cab & Driver details will be provided 10 hours before the Trip Start Time In case the cab arrival is delayed on Day 1, you can extend the trip end time on last day up to the duration the cab pickup is delayed In case of vehicle breakdown and issue is not resolved in 2 hours (from the time the issue is reported), we will provide alternate vehicle (or) free accommodation in nearby town until the issue is resolved. In case of any delay in arrival / start time, driver & SMT Travel Solutions team should be communicated before trip start time. In case of no communication / response from customer at the time of pickup, cab driver will wait for maximum 2 hours at given pickup location. Past 2 hours, trip will be considered as cancelled & no refund is possible. Vehicle should not be used for personal purpose like visting malls / shopping, visitng restuarants for dinner, etc Sightseeing Related Customers should be ready for sightseeing at Start Time mentioned in the itinerary in order to cover all the places in itinerary. Sightseeing can't extend beyond 7 PM and any places missed can't be covered on following day. Sightseeing is limited to the places mentioned in the itinerary. If time permits, you may visit additional places (not mentioned in itinerary) by paying for extra kilo-meters to the cab driver. In case of natural disasters or cab strike, SMT Travel Solutions may suggest alternate destination or alternate dates. Please check weekly off days for sightseeing places. Also, few places may be closed due to heavy rains / maintenance without prior intimation & we have no control on such incidents. Wherever possible, alternate sightseeing may be arranged in such cases. Entry Fees & Activity Fees may change without any intimation and we have no control on the same. All fees mentioned in our website are for Indian nationals. Miscellaneous Terms In extreme cases, your tour may be cancelled by SMT Travel Solutions for unavoidable reasons (usually within 24 hours of booking) and 100% of your booking amount will be refunded Refund for cancelled tours usually takes around 7-10 business days Any issues encountered during the trip need to be resolved with Tour Manager immediately during the trip. Issues can't be addressed after completion of the trip. SMT Travel Solutions liability is limited to providing cab & stay. Sightseeing is complementary and it carries no liability. While we try our best to cover all places in the itinerary, no refund will be issued for sightseeing missed during the trip. Refund is issued only in case hotel denies check-in and customer had to book own stay or vehicle could not be provided and customer arranges own transport. The maximum liability of SMT Travel Solutions in case of issues/disputes is limited to the amount paid by customer COVID-19 Travel Guidelines Few states / destinations need E-Pass to enter. Please check that you don't have any Covid-19 symptoms before initiating travel Hotels may not allow check-in for guests with Body Temperature above 99°F, refund/alternate not possible in such cases Please ensure to wear masks while in outdoors Please carry sanitizer and use the same before & after visiting sites/places Maintain physical distance at sightseeing places, hotels and restaurants Please avoid paying with cash and use digital wallets for payment wherever possible We will provide list of recommended restaurants as per your itinerary to avoid eating at random places Few places do not allow adults above 65 years and children below 10 years Please ensure your pickup location is not part of a containment zone while booking tour Please adhere to Govt. guidelines and health advisory on Covid-19 Some sightseeing places may be closed due to Covid-19 and sightseeing depends on local covid protocols & restrictions. We have no control on sightseeing options. While we try our best to reschedule trips affected by Covid-19, trip cancellations will be handled as per Booking Policy
